Other Real Assets

A good deal is a deal that makes money and drives a return above your given hurdle rate.

While we are predominately hotel focused, we are always looking for good investments, including those in other real estate classes such as multifamily, student housing, senior housing, office, and industrial.

We would be open to forming a co-GP structure to invest in these other real asset classes, preferring to have partners with extensive experience investing, repositioning, and operating assets in their field.
